SHIPPING ALFREDO GUTIERREZ aims to ship out all your orders as quickly as possible. Many items ship the same or next day, however due to a huge demand of orders we often see, that it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship out quickly. Please note that all pre-orders may take longer to ship, however we strive to give all our customers an overall enjoyable experience and quick delivery.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER? Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. All orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? Unfortunately due to COVID-19 and being a small business we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges at the moment. Before purchasing please note that all sales are final.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND? A refund is issued once our warehouse receives and processes your item(s). Return processing typically takes up to 2-3 weeks from the date shipped to arrive at the warehouse. We will make sure to send you an email once the return item(s) have been received and another one confirming when your refund has been processed.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE WILL FIT ME BEST? We include a size chart feature on all product pages. If you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you find the correct size.
AN ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BECOME AVAILABLE AGAIN? If an item is listed or sold out, it is unavailable for purchase.
